I was asked to bid weekly cleaning for a restaurant, Texas BBQ. They have nice Teak Wood Plank floors. The wood is sealed and in good condition, but dirty.

What is the best, fastest and cost-effective method to use on a weekly basis?

Mop down your cleaner, crb, hard surface wand rinse @400 psi and low heat, 200 feet at a time

I did this, without the CRB scrub, in a BBQ restaurant a year back. It came out good.

Except in an area they'd "repaired" with wood filler and stained.

This would be a good portable opportunity for me. I keep forgetting that i can provide lvt, wood floor cleaning with the tools that mike said. I know a lot resturant using those flooring now. 18 cent per sf even just once a month would be nice for me
