If you've done your job properly and created and trained your client base to call at the proper frequency, this is all you should ever need...

Dude, I saw that bike. I know there's some sentimental connection, but that looks like torment riding that antique
My "10 speed"?

"we" rode this style bike for many decades before carbon frames with sloped top tubes and long seats posts provided flex and (some ) comfort.

It remains to be seen if a carbon fork is all that, but I don't expect the new bike to be any more or less painful.

Cycling is pain, if you really ride.

A few laps around the city park or pump track is not cycling imo.

Butt, I have finally decided to deal with numbness of my marty...

I like that seat but I also love shooting downhill at high speeds dialed in with the berms and jumps and those older design bikes are too out of balance with the weight being too top heavy (dangerous) with a higher chance of a bad wreck

Nice to see you riding Mike! Great exercise, fresh air, and it's fun (till you crash).

I've been into bikes all my life. Was into BMX as a kid, and then road racing briefly. Worked in a few bike shops, including a couple of pro racing shops as a teen. My favorite bike shop gig was for the importer of Coppi bikes from Italy. Got back into road biking with Nancy about 20 years ago.

In 2017 we also got into mountain biking. And before you guys say ... yeah mountain biking in Florida??? You'd be amazed at what old abandoned phosphate mines have been transformed into.

I think Florida is the one place where the term "gravel biking" actually makes more sense than "mountain" biking..
