Not all reviews have to be online and public to be good for you. Just got a great phone call from a customer I did a couple of days ago. She couldn't believe how good the carpets looked. Empty house being prepped for sale. She is a professional executor service that deals with people's estates when they've passed. She has lots more work for me. Always nice to hear.
