Thanks! It's good to be back.

However, I'm going to miss getting kicked around by FrdC.

btw, thank you for the t-shirt.

Also, if nobody's going to object or smack-talk, I'll just go ahead and assume the role of "Greatest Carpet Cleaner of All Time (aka Mr. Greatest)". lol

Now, if I could only keep that 26 year old ThermalWave running. :hopeless:

Thanks for the advice brotha! but I have no clue what you're talking about.

Now, it's time to get my hands dirty and get my backup rig up-and-running. It hasn't been started in about 6 years.

Wish me luck!

I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.. but do many folks here use speech to text or ignore auto corrects or something? Maybe it is just age showing 😬 😄

If it is up for grabs I'll assume the role of Second Greatest Carpet Cleaner of All Time. It takes the edge of off having to perform too impeccably, and deep down I know somebody out there gets tough traffic lanes a little bit cleaner than I do. And it sure beats my current acronym 🙃

Nothing I've found has ever out cleaned the rx20 however drying is its down fall. The rotary cleans where nothing else will but it doesn't dry well. Where as the drag wand drys better than anything ive ever came across .but...... the drag wand isn't the best at cleaning so i clean and dry at with the rotary and thoroughly rinse and dry with the drag wand . Does it take longer? Yes. Does it use more water? Yes but together they thoroughly clean, completely rinse out residue and adequately dries even here on the coast where the advantage daily temps are around 59-62 and humidity is around 90% inland where temps are higher carpets are near dry to dry when i leave and an added benefit is that i am more that adequately compensated for the extra effort

I"m assuming it takes literally twice as long to clean that way than the average vacuum/treat/wand method.

And I see that you're on the coast of California, so what's your average price per area (14x14room)? with that method?

You should know by now that you shouldn’t ask that question. You can force a normally honest person to lie, or be accused of a lie.

Hi Dwain. I'm guessing there's room at the top for two "Greatest Carpet Cleaners of All Time".

I love you man! Ever since Fred left I've been feeling sad and lonely. Will you be my new best friend?

Also, wouldn't it be great if we start our own super hero club together? Instead of the X-Men, (wait for it) we could call ourselves the "R-X-Men".

Dwain, I need your help!!! The "R-X Men vs. Rat Nasty"! Let's go get-em brotha!

After we kick Rat Nasty's azz, could we go get an ice cream cone together? Please. 🍨🍦

My prices are based by the sqft geography in fort bragg area im either .50 or .55 per sqft residential .45 or .50 commercial 100min once i cross the albion bridge south or 10mi bridge north price goes up .05 and min goes up50 as i go down the coast cross elk bridge price goes up another. .05 and min goes to 250. Once i leave sea ranch price is .75or .80 min is 400 2 house min . So to answer your question a single 196sqft room in fort bragg is 100mim or 107.50 , 150 albion south, 250 south of elk and 400bucks south of sea ranch only up charge is odor control that's additional .10 persqft all locations

I'm not telling you anything i wouldn't say to you over the phone. If you called. It's not like i live and work in a large city with hundreds of competitors and everyone is competing on price. First question i ask is where you located? Then i quote the prices base for your location. And if i have to go any further i ask for appropriate room measurements and tell them that based upon the dimensions you have provided the price is...... but i will measure and provide an accurate price for your approval before i start. This does 2 things first it gives then an idea of cost or at least an understanding of what the cost will be based on and it eliminates 99% of estimates
So the information i give out here is actually available to anyone that calls even a competitor
